Enjoy free shipping and returns on all orders shipped within the U.S. Please allow 3-5 business days for your package to arrive once it ships out.

 

Free Worldwide Shipping On Orders Over $250

 

For international orders, we offer free worldwide shipping on orders over $250, excluding winter coats and sets. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations.

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, we will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once your package leaves our facility it becomes the responsibility of USPS/UPS and all claims must be filed through them.

 

Please note that any applicable customs duties or taxes imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product or shipping prices displayed on our website. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with your country's customs regulations to avoid any unexpected costs upon delivery. 

 

Return Policy

At Lunellery, your satisfaction is always guaranteed. We provide free returns on all items shipped within the U.S. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 20 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note that returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact our team at contact@lunellery.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return packages must be postmarked within 20 days of the order delivering to you. Return packages postmarked after this time frame will be subject to denial and sent back to you.

 

For international orders, we will refund the full amount of the merchandise but you will be responsible for returning it to us. Postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer and we recommend using a postal service that insures your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If there is an error in the shipment of your order, or if your product encountered a quality control issue, we would send you a mailing label for your return free of charge.

 

Exchange Policy

Sometimes the fit isn't right or there’s a garment that just doesn’t say you. Your satisfaction is always guaranteed and we are happy to accept exchanges that are unworn with tags and labels still attached within 20 days of receiving your delivery.

 

To start the exchange process, please contact us at contact@lunellery.com to receive the return instructions.

 

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Please note that any items purchased at a discounted price are not eligible for return or exchange.
