Shipping Policy

All available items will ship within 1-3 business days, your package will be shipped via USPS locally and internationally. Once processed you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

 

For USA orders, please allow 4-7 days for your item to arrive once it ships out. For international orders, please allow 2-3 weeks for your item to arrive once it ships out.

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Lunellery is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once your package leaves our facility it becomes the responsibility of USPS and all claims must be filed through them. 

Return Policy

At Lunellery, your satisfaction is always guaranteed.

To start a return, please contact us at contact@lunellery.com to receive your return instructions.

We will be glad to accept returns on any garment provided the tags and labels are still attached and it has not been worn or altered in any way. This applies to any dress dispatched to us within 20 days of receipt.

 

If we accept your return, we will refund the amount you paid for the item but you will be responsible for returning it to us. Postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer and we recommend using a postal service that insures your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If there is an error in the shipment of your order, or if your product encountered a quality control issue, we would send you a mailing label for your return free of charge.

Exchange Policy

 

Sometimes the fit isn't right or there’s a garment that just doesn’t say ‘you’. Your satisfaction is always guaranteed and we are happy to accept exchanges that are unworn with tags and labels still attached within 20 days of receipt. 

 

To start a return, please contact us at contact@lunellery.com to receive your exchange instructions.

 

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
