Shipping & Returns

Your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days from Maryland via USPS or UPS locally and internationally. Once processed you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

 

For USA orders, please allow 4-7 days for your item to arrive once it ships out. For international orders, please allow 2-3 weeks for your item to arrive once it ships out.

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, we will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once your package leaves our facility it becomes the responsibility of USPS/UPS and all claims must be filed through them. 

 

Return Policy

At Lunellery, your satisfaction is always guaranteed. You can start a return or exchange any new, unworn garments provided the tags and labels are still attached, within 7 days of receiving your delivery.

Return packages must be postmarked within 15 days of the order delivering to you. Return packages postmarked after this time frame will be subject to denial and sent back to you.

No returns, refunds, or credits are available for final sale items of any price.

 

For international orders, we will refund the full amount of the merchandise but you will be responsible for returning it to us. Postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer and we recommend using a postal service that insures your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If there is an error in the shipment of your order, or if your product encountered a quality control issue, we would send you a mailing label for your return free of charge.

 

Exchange Policy

Sometimes the fit isn't right or there’s a garment that just doesn’t say you. Your satisfaction is always guaranteed and we are happy to accept exchanges that are unworn with tags and labels still attached within 7 days of receiving your delivery.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
